Say Goodbye to Airline Food: Pack Your Own Snacks
For many of us the busy holiday season involves at least a little bit of travel, whether your’re taking a plane, train or automobile. Getting to where you need to go can be very hectic.

Pack a plastic knife and spoon, along with a salt packet. Once in the air ask for a plastic cup. Crack open your healthy fat and fiber-filled avocado. Sprinkle a little salt on it to bring out the natural mellow flavor. This will stave off the munchies and keep you from reaching for a sad bag of airline mini pretzels.
