I see each new year as a clean slate, an opportunity to get back on track with my wellness goals. It is also a time to set new ones.

These have been around for a while. If you are not sure what they are tap here. It is alright to crave real pasta and eat it when you crave it. It’s a healthy move to replace calorie-laden pasta with nutrient-rich vegetables on a regular basis.

4. Yoga Mat:
“But I don’t do yoga.” I felt this way until I started doing yoga at my local YMCA. It has made me a lot more flexible and relieved joint pains.
